The short story is—my high school AP Psychology class was extraordinary. The rest as they say is history. Fast forward to many years later, I am a licensed psychologist in California; I have training and experience working with individuals across the lifespan, mental health challenges, and clinical settings.

Because I am a first-generation Vietnamese American, gay, and gender-nonconforming presenting, I am intimately familiar with how stressful life can be, especially for people with marginalized identities. I am confident that my lived experience and professional training make me capable of working with clients from various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health concerns.

I feel deeply honored and privileged to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life, with its ups and downs, clear skies and cloudy days, the calm and storms.

When clients are ready for company, I welcome questions about where to start.
